Hmm, yeah I suppose. i can give the motor skillz reasoning, Heatwave's got hand carving though, its under his cab in vehicle. And Prime got a good set of fists that retract/ flip in, though that could be for the little weapon cart, I an't tell if that's pegged into his hand or tabbed into the underside of the wheel.
