Uh... have no idea. But to be honest, I don't think so. I think the closest you'd get to that would be the upcoming voyager Lugnut.

Strat was an amalgamation of transport aircraft (probably to get around licensing).
Though there have been B-1s and B-2s through the years, there's no Transformer with a B-52 altmode.
