Amon, that wicked demon from Devilman and/or the OVAs (I've only watched bits and pieces on Youtube; I'm not familiar with where Amon 1st came about) taking on our friendly neighbourhood spider.

Amon has been causing carnage all throughout New York city, killing anyone and everyone he sees...

So, can Spider-Man stop the mighty devil-like beast?

If you could convince me a non jober Sabertooth with the carnage symbiote couldn't take Spidey in a head on fight... (and Spidey has lost to Cap while not in jober status)

... then I'ld consider Parker holding up to Devilman.

anime/manga physics is hard for Marvel to match.

Little matters the physics. Amon is said to be the strongest demon from the ancient world. Amon could probably take on Spawn (Before he becomes like an unbeatable god).

Well, no.

I don't read comic books or manga. In fact, I've only read 1 comic in my whole life (G2 TF or somethin' like that).

I was just trying to match up 2 powerful characters. That's all.

I've only seen Amon in that movie "Amon: Apocalypse of Devilman" (bits and pieces on Youtube, actually).

I picked a bad match up. No big deal. I'll just have to do better next time!

I wish I was more familiar with this Amon character. Still I'd pick Spider-Man anytime. This guy can do anything.

Spider-man can't beat him the first time around. Then since it's a demon, being that Peter Parker is a smart cookie and know when he's outmatched. He'll go to Dr. Strange, then they'll both go and fight Amon again, this time with Spider-man causing a distraction for the usual "buy me time so I can cast (name) spell" ploy.

Thus, Spider-man would win.

Amon by far, We have a bid of a match if it's the anime version but still... Spider-Man with the symbiot were able to lift a truck, while Amon easily lifted an entire train and threw it like 50-100 m.

Amon from the Amon manga stomps so hard that Spider-Man would hardly be anything but a bug.
He tanked a Hydrogenbomb bombartment with no injurys without even covering himself or even close his eyes... How the hell is Spider-Man going to win this?

Granted my Spider-Man knowledge is pretty limited to games and the TV serie from the 90's.
