I hit level 120 the other day and discovered that this game is episodic, once level 120 is done the next lot of clouds have "coming soon" on them. So now I am just levelling up my characters. 19 characters unlocked.

Hey guys, I need some help. I just bought some telepods because they looked neat, were cheaper than I thought and will help me not spend so much damn money to recharge my armour.

I got Ultra Magnus and Lockdown and I am using the app on a Samsung Galaxy mini IIIS. However, that telepod system refuses to work. Does anyone have the same difficulties? Here are my questions:

Is it because its a windows phone?
Do I need to have a strong online connection?
Car mode is the only way they should be positioned right?
Does it matter if my camera is set to the back or the front?

Using my S5 I had difficulty lining things up with the front camera (which I think you should use). I got it eventually though but it took a bit of fiddling and moving it around.

The mode shouldn't matter, if you look underneath you'll see the little QR code. The "telepod" is actually just a magnifying glass, placing it over the camera magnifies the QR code and that's how it reads.

Shouldn't matter that it's a Windows Phone, though you most definitely leave yourself open to mocking with that admission.

Ok, so it turns out it wasn't working for 2 reasons.

Reason 1: must be online
Reason 2: the place the app indicates to place the telepod is not necessarily where it must be placed. It must be placed above the front camera which on my phone was not even close to the middle of the bottom of the screen (where the game indicates it must be placed).

Now, I have another question. It works fine, but the app would not recognize my ultra magnus figure after I used him several times. Is this something anyone else has noticed?

From what I've seen the telepods generate their own level and don't make a difference to characters you've unlocked.

I mean that I place the telepod correctly. I insert a figure on top of the magnifying matrix and either my character gets juiced up or it states that the telepod event has already been unlocked. However, I place my ultra ganus autobord at the same spot and I get nothing. He is the one I have used most lately, so I was wondering if it was because I had already boosted his shield many times that the telepod has worn out. I sure hope that's not the case. Hence what I mean by ont recognize. Where other characters work, he just doesnt activate anyt reaction from the screen.

Angry Birds Transformers has just recieved the latest update.

The following are the main highlights:

New character animations: intros and outros

New in-game animations: energon cubes are now tossed in an arch, the introduction of a helping buddy is far more bombastic, etc.

New Skywarp function: for the cost of a few gems, Skywarp will destroy an event, providing you money and pigs without having to complete it yourself.

The official website has yet to be updated with this information.
