Hello everypony! I went to Sugarcube Corner This afternood and I witnessed this scene.
It made me hungry! So I asked Pinkamina Diane Pie to make me some special Rainbow Dash cupcakes! Well, I made them myself and Pinkie helped me to makes them good!
This is what you need for the recipe:
1kg of Rainbow Dash ground meat (use veal, pork, lamb, anything if you don't have enough pony)
2 eggs
2 slices of bread (whole weat bread recommended)
A little milk
2 cups of oatmeal (large flakes)
1 table spoon of baking soda
1 table spoon of grounded black pepper
Some garlic butter
One bit of garlic
One oignon
One celery branch
One red pepper
One orange pepper
One yellow pepper
One green pepper
One blue pepper (in case you can't find any, use a red cabbage like I did)
Two cans of mushroom soup OR Two cans of tomato soup (I used one mushroom can and one tomato can instead)
First tear-up the bread in little bits in a small bowl. Add just enough milk to make a the bread wet. mix well, and drain the excessive milk.
Ground the oignon and celery in tiny bits. Put it into a large bowl, with the Rainbow Dash meat. Add the milky bread paste too.
Add the ground black pepper. Begin to mix it up with a wooden spoon or something.
Add the baking soda so the cupcakes can have a little volume. The will not gro much, but it add a nice touch.
To add some crazyness and to make the cupcakes good, add the two cups of oatmeal.
Mix alittle and add the two eggs. There's nothing like chicken embryo to add a little innocence to the mix! (And to add some wetness)
Don't mind getting your hands dirty. It make mixing a lot easier.
Butter-up the muffins/cupcakes molds with butter. I used garlic butter to add more taste. Fill the molds only at ¾ full. The cupcakes will grow a little when cooking and you must not forget the next step.
Add about one table spoon of canned soup (mushroom or tomato) on each cupcakes. The soup should not be liquid, but it should feel like a paste straight out of the can.
Pre-heat the oven at 325°f. Cook for 45 minutes.
While the meat is cooking, prepare the vegetables in fine stripes. Make one for each colors and each cupcakes. (Keep the remaining vegetable to lure Fluttershy in for a future recipe.)
Cooking is almost done. Cover the cupcakes with your favorite cheese. And put it back in the oven for 15 more minutes.
Leave the vegetables in the plate. Cover that plate with another one and cook the vegetables in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Once the cupcakes are done, thake them out of the oven and garnish them in a rainbow patern with the vegetable. We must not forget Rainbow Dash's sacrefice! There will be enough cupcakes for everypony!
Serve with rice, pasta, more vegetables, anything you want! Taste Rainbow Dash's suffering with every bites!
