i want to buy the classics three psck of hot rod, cyclonus, and galvatron. i was wondering how is the service from robot kingdom?

Great once you place an order but nearly impossible to get them to respond if you need to make changes or have questions about your order.

but do they get the orders right? i dont want to get a random figure instead of the one i ordered.

I ordered Henkei Convoy and Starscream with no problems. The price was right and the shipping to the US is OK...but it was a great experience.

Just order the set from BBTS. They're far more dependable. I don't want anyone to go through what I dealt with on my first, and last time, with Robotkingdom.

Lately, you hear more and more complaints of items not being right, not coming, incomplete orders, etc.

Agreed. At this point I've used pretty much all of the major online retailers, including Robot Kingdom, and my nod goes to BBTS. RK may have more attractive prices on the actual products, but factor in the international shipping and that discount usually disappears. As others have mentioned the customer service issue makes BBTS the clear choice (for me anyway). I would give TFsource a distant second.
