I play bass, drums, and piano. And yeah, posture is super important for any musician, but ESPECIALLY in the rhythm section, I find. Let's be honest, as drummers and bassists we tend to make a lot more repetitive motions when we're playing than your average lead guitarist.
Great video. And cool to see there's other bass players here. What's your favorite genre of music to play?
I listen to hard & classic rock (including metal) and funk in about equal amounts, but when I'm playing bass funk has got to be my favorite genre to play.
