I'd probably say UM wins but the Minibots have one chance: Windcharger holds UM with magnetism, Cliffjumper makes him brittle with glass gas and Brawn shatters him with punches and kicks.
UM's second chance lies in his inner, 'white OP' form. This could leap out of his trailer armour and neutralise the Minibots.
I think that I have to give this to UM. He's designed to fight multiple opponents and win. The others would have to use all their power to beat him. It's unlikely that they could achieve that when UM is hitting and shooting them.
