1) Scotty, you've said you did not like the Exarchon story in the new comics. So, how would you have done a story about a body snatching cybertronian? how would the Twincast members have handled a character like this in fiction?

2) If you could have 1 character, and 1 character ONLY, who did not show up in the Bumblebee opening scene show up and get a toy in that style like the new SS figures, who would it be?

3) Speculation about the Shattered Glass Ultra Magnus: We have the siege toy, the kingdom toy, and Laser Optimus. Which of the 3 molds would you rather see SG Magnus use and why?

3.5) piggybacking on that question: do you think the SG figures would be more interesting if they used alternate molds like the original figures did, or are being nigh straight G1 WFC toy toys recolored a better option?

4) Core Class: you get 1 chance to make a combiner out of core figures. 1 combiner, that is it. You only get the core class to make the figure up. Which combiner would you do? It can be any combiner across all of fiction. (Personally, I think RiD2015 Chop shop would fit this perfectly).

5) You get 1 combiner character post-turn of the century to get a perfect update. As in, every member of the combiner team gets a full and proper class treatment to give them the perfect toy possible at the general retail budget. Who would it be? I really think I would pick RiD2015 Ultra Bee for this one, or in fact any of the 3 RiD2015 combiners would be perfect for this.

6) Continuing the combiner trend: you have the chance to take anywhere between 2 and 6 characters across fiction that would team up and make a combiner. Who would you pick, what would the combiner name be, and would that combiner have a power or anything? Just think of this like CW/PotP where anyone could team up with anyone, but now every character ever is available.

7) should we ever get a studio series TLK Infernocus, what would be the best way to make him? Commander class combiner? 1 voyager and 1 deluxe mold where you have to buy 4? Another option?

Haslab: what do you think is the most likely next haslab project, and what haslab project would you really like to see next, no matter how obscure.

Being stationed in Japan, which has its perks when it comes to collecting TF, I tend to have to purchase most of my collection online. This means I am at the mercy of US online retailers and the US post office system when it comes to the condition of my figures and the packaging. When ordering online, what imperfections on your figure and/or packaging are tolerable and what imperfections absolutely result in a replacement/return? Many times, a certain unnamed retailer has shipped a TF in a padded envelope instead of a box, resulting in crushed/torn packaging. Depending on the severity of damage, I may go through the hassle of getting it replaced and returning the damaged one. Anyway, I am asking because last week I received my Sweep in a proper box, but there is a large gray blemish on the underside of his blue helmet near his left eye and the paint on the eyes looks amiss. I haven't yet looked at reviews to see if these imperfections are common on this redeco and warrant a replacement, but I am interested in your personal experiences and imperfection tolerances.

For S&G I'm throwing my 2 cents in while I sit here on A couple of these.

5). "Combiner Update" - I think ya have to go w/ CW Devey. STUDIO OX it up! Looking at it here, Its A Solid offering. But at this point a 'Studio Ox' inspired, sharpened, update [to it] would be A Nice & welcoming way to open the New LegacY line.

6). Is Easy.. Take the SCAVENGERS; give them there long awaited Justice. As for A Name, take A page out of the old Bruticus moniker "UTILITARIAN !!!"

. Next Haslab (MOST IMPORTANT) - WE NEED A CYBERTRONIAN PLAYSET / Modular Display diorama. That's all possibly centered around SHOCKWAVE's ((2 story // $350 or less)) LABRATORY.......

If 7" scale Barbie (Mattel) can get away w/ A GIANT "Dream House" playset as well as "Beach Houses" (All Under $220 // see: Walmart on shelves) w/ add-on pieces. Why Can't Hasbro do the same ?? Look back into the early 80's, there's A Barbie 3 Piece Modular play-house / playset. That I have scene upgraded to A decent working Bot dio. Thus This idea is very feasible. A Modular Cybertron, that all starts w/ SHOCKWAVE's Lab. Than later Hasbro can put into stores other Dio/ playsets that connect to one another; like Crystal City, the Tower of Pilon, Space Bridge, Megatron's Throne Room, The Ark Memorial, Tarn Cyberfactory, Swerve's Bar etc. Etcetera.. It really seems like A NO brainer. We're talking plastic here.

Edit-The're both great, and this it's my first legit seeker mold: Both for around $210!

Applogies if this has been covered, I’m coming back after a while out of the hobby.

With IDW not renewing their licence for TF comics, what will happen to the digital copies folks like me have purchased over the years? Will they stay live in the app? Will we be given the option to download a copy? Or will we need to buy hard copies?

Thanks in advance, love the show and I’m enjoying catching up on the last couple of years I’ve missed.

Howdy Twincast crew, first time asking questions here, so I hope they don't suck :lol:

1. What are your thoughts on Hasbro doing some Transformers and Visionaries crossover figures? It's a shame that franchise was so short-lived, but I think making some new characters out of the vehicles would be awesome. Maybe retool the Siege seeker into the Sky Claw? I'd love to see Visionaries come back.

2. In your minds, what are the odds that Hasbro will ever re-issue/re-release the hard to find Netflix/Earthrise figures? (I'm thinking Netflix Bee, Earthrise Ironhide/Prowl, etc.) Do you think they should, or should the stay as a kind of collector's item/hard to find item?

3.Though I will forever die on the hill of "Soundwave and Blaster shall only ever be a tape deck", if Hasbro does decide to permanently update the G1 Soundwave/Blaster design, in your minds what would be a suitable alt mode that would go well with their personality/character archetype?

And finally, an admittedly dumb question just for kicks:

4. What do you think of the term "Geewun"? As a G1 fan myself (well, really a fan of anything that's not Bayformers) I don't really care, and I honestly think that it's going to be the new "TRUKK NOT MUNKY" in a few years.

Do any of you miss the modern update being a new design that stays true to the character and not a 1 to 1 approximation of the cartoon as it has largely been since Siege? While I've loved the most recent toy lines, I missed out on Earthrise Trailbreaker and the thrilling 30 toy of the character has turned out to be a lot more fun than the Hoist mold with interesting armored SUV look. The Bumblebee movie studio series figures also fit that philosophy of modern update that has its own identity as a new design.

Simple question, but possibly long answer, how do you go about displaying your Transformer collection? I currently have 4 Ikea detolfs that have a mix of Transformers, Diaclone Reboot, Gunpla, and wargaming miniatures. I am looking for some inspiration for upgrading my display.

So I’ve heard y’all and others talk about collector fatigue sweeping over the collector community. What do y’all think the cause of that is? In a lot of ways it seems that we are in a golden age. We are getting deep cuts like Puffer, and most of the main characters have been given an update that will be the definitive version for a long time. Do you think it has to do with the lack of fiction, or more real world problems like shipping delays and store exclusives, or do you think that there is something else contributing to it?

For the inevitable Target toys discussion:

I find myself personally going "That's neat." On Tonkastator, but wishing it had been the Titan mold. More play value, better fit to my collection, etc. But does it hold more appeal because it is the G1 molds? I could see this either being an actualization to Scotty's argument about "Just give us the canceled redecos (Mutant Tigatron etc) or its antithesis since this is somewhat left field

Two questions for y'all. First being what do y'all think the odds are that Rise of the Beasts will be any good? Personally, I do not have high hopes. Second question being as of late it seems that transformers fiction being quite lackluster my prime example being the comics and netflix shows. Obviously, there are exceptions such as cyberverse. Do y'all agree or disagree? What can Hasbro do to fix these? Will they do anything to fix these?

Best character deaths(most meaningful) across any media?

I want to know how you guys feel about this. Up until now, toys in the "CHUG" line have been getting closer and closer to a perfect representation of a character in that scale. It was incremental, like with Optimus going from a modern update in Classics, to several voyager iterations that were just redecos of other characters (like Combiner Wars and Titans Returns) and then a Cybertronian version in Siege to ultimately a straight up G1 accurate voyager sized Optimus In Earthrise. Same with Perceptor which had a modernised alt mode, and then was a headmaster, to now being just straight up G1 Perceptor as everyone wanted.

But with this new SS 86 Wheelie, it's a new toy of a character we already had a perfectly fine toy of. It's not incrementally better, it's just another figure of that same iteration of the same character in the same scale.

So, seeing this, do you think we've reached a turning point in Transformers toy collecting where we are just getting different versions of the same characters rather than better versions of characters? And if so, how do you feel about that? What happens if a new mold for a voyager sized G1 Optimus comes out? Would you still get that?
