I've tried AVG, Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, and I started to use Spyhunter but you have to buy it to get remove things.
Google hasn't been very helpful as of yet...
So, any ideas?

Just how do I get rid of this thing?

It constantly opens up Internet explorer with ads leading to sites like maniatv.
