Ironhide went to Vegas and went totally neon ^^ (maybe why his eyes are... spooky-blue ;P)
The First Strike OP doesn't really appeal to me. I like the original paint scheme in fact. The flames rock, it just says: "I'm not just any big rig"
the blue on the top of the rig is alright, but still.. the robot mode doesnt appeal, seeing it from the color perspective of the toy itself.
IH looks like he OD'd on neon colors, and got fancy neon missiles. (but that's me, I like the black version of IH, and the original OP with the flames)

It makes sense, really. According to Bay, one of the main reasons for the flames (other than "I like them, and I'm the director,") was that the flames were needed to get Prime's colors in the right places in bot mode.

Ironhide is so so, it's very different to say the least. But the Prime is awesome! I love the voyager class prime, Hasbro totally has me by the you know what for this figure when it comes to repaints. Can't wait to get the G1 deco.

Prime's bot mode just doesn't work. They can't make the bot G1 accurate colors with that transformation.
Still, the alt mode is nice. Looks like he will be staying in the box (assuming these are boxed in alt mode like the 1st wave movie voyagers).

this sucks. seriously. Hasbro/Takara had a chance to repaint IH into a deep maroon that would befit his G1 likeness more, but Nooooo - frankly, i really don't understand the color configuration of IH.
look at it's bot mode. really, really crappy how the colors clash - it's like G2 all over again. urgh.

Ironhide looks terrible IMHO. Almost bad in a way that this toy looks like a bootleg version. Bad color choices and in the wrong places too. Those neon blue eyes and missiles are just gorgeous...
Prime, truck mode looks very good. Robot, only so so. Seems too much red and nothing else. But I can see a paint wash and some minor touch up can really make this robot mode shines. Don't know if I'll get this though. As one Leader Prime is good enough for me. We'll see...

hmmm...now that i think about it, maybe (JUST MAYBE) the OP might still work...the more i look at the Alt mode, the more i wish that Movie Prime could have been done the same way as this...we'll see when these toys are released.

i like my target robovision prime better in robot mode although the truck mode for this guy is killer

How do these people get a hold of these for sale? Are they stolen goods? I can't think of how Hasbro would allow them to be sold otherwise. Should they be reported?
Phew glad you posted the pics! They are both ugly, and exactly what I need to beat the completist bug as far as these toys are concerned. These are two that I won't be getting for sure. Pug ugly colours... and that's an insult to pugs.

Why even bother if they're going to eventually do "premium" repaints? It's all about the mighty dollar. They are starting to get as ridiculous as Hot Wheels with the repaints.
I'm trying to be a completionist here, and **** like this is making me want to reconsider the idea. Older completed lines are more ideal to seek completionism, so I may bail on the movie line if this keeps up.
In conclusion .. me thinks these 2 will be shelf warmers.
