I wouldn't say that, I think I got lucky. There was only room for one of each. I actually just went to get Robo Vision Prime (who they didn't have!), not expecting to see anything else of interest.
And just let me say, 08 BB is beyond awesome. Easily the best deluxe movie figure, he is practically perfect in every way!

TRUis horrible indeed. I find all my stuff at K-Mart, they are the best to me.the purifyer wrote:Raymond101 wrote:One more thing, is it wise to make a special trip to Westfield Garden City in Brisbane to shop for Transformers? They got K Mart, Big W, and Toys R Us, which is pretty good.
My objective is to find 08 Bumblebee, any likelihood of finding it there?
That TRU is horrible. there is more empty shelves than toys. Unless they had a massive re-stocking since I was last there.
K-Marts and Big Ws all have the same stock really.
The next wave wont be out for about a week I think. Bumblebees will be everywhere.

But in terms of TF2007, its standard is still only a bit higher than the other shops.
Bumble, which KMart do you go to? The two I visited, which are Toowong and Garden City, have ABSOLUTELY nothing. I was disappointed. I don't know, but KMart seems to be the most rotten luck for me so far.

So they finally re-stocked...with the figures I don't want, instead of getting more titaniums months ago...
Keep reaching for that Bumblebee Raymond. I know I am.

I have not seen nor heard anything about this voyager Megatron! Whats the happy haps with him?
08 Bumblebee is the best Deluxe figure in the movie range. His Automorph features (all 3 of them) are fantastic.
Just be careful about his paint, I managed to get the only one in the store that did not have specks of black paint on the hood, windows, or tires and also had fully painted "Camaro" symbols. However the passenger side door (the one you cannot see while he is in the package) is not quite fully painted, and the rear view mirrors are both not painted properly, and his head in robot mode is also sloppily painted.
Really these little paint issues are all that's stopping me from calling him perfect. Every Movie Deluxe figure I have opened (have not opened Swindle or Wreckage yet) has had something not quite right with them, to stop me calling them perfect.
A friend of mine also found me the 3 Transformers re-usable shopping bags in a Big W store somewhere around Liverpool.

I've seen him at Big W Browns Plains, if you're near there.

Aargh no KMart Toowong had like several discount Megatrons but yesterday I went (not that I wanted one) and they were all gone. You missed out.

Sweet, which branches? As I said, KMart at Toowong and Garden City have none so if you get your stuff there, they either haven't restocked or I was unlucky.

He's got 'ice' all over him. If it wasn't for that, he'd actually be pretty good. Alt mode is shitloads better than the leader version, and he only has a 'fusion cannon' thing on one arm, which is good. But yeah, the ice totally ruins him. There's a gallery here if you wanna take a peek!

I totally agree, he is a truly awesome little dude! The paint apps on mine are just fine, though the car mode wasn't pieced together perfectly in the package. But once I transformed him back it was all good. Definitely the best movie deluxe, and the second best movie figure overall (Leader Prime being number one).

Ah, I see, he has Ice ON him, instead of being painted so that he looks like he is MADE of ice!!! I get it now.
Blech. Im gonna stick with my Legends size Megatron as my Movie Megatron toy.

You can find out yourself at the homepage which stores are in Brisbane... I am not allowed to give you any further locations than that.Raymond101 wrote:Lol sorry, by branches I mean which store locations? So you say the Kmart offers a good range, but I'd like to know what places those stores are. E.g., the Toowong branch of KMart is terrible.
