Figured I'd post my thoughts on Broadside and Black Shadow:
First up is Broadside. Not too shabby, if I say so myself. Almost everything is changed from A3, and while he is still pretty square and bulky, he wears the mold better than A3. Carrier mode is nice, and the jet mode is ok if you use the fan mode, but it otherwise sucks. Overall, 7/10.
Next is Black Shadow. Oh boy, this guy is awesome. Great proportions, wicked ankle tilts, 2 of the 3 alt modes look great (base mode kinda sucks), and you can use his gun as an arm cannon. Oh, and also, his neck has a joint so his head can look up ever so slightly, which is something that no other Leader can do. 10/10, very much recommended.

Small update:
1. I built a flight stand for the Red Bionicle guy, so now he can ride his fire-surfboard thing:
2. If everything goes according to plan, I should be done with my main school on Wednesday (though I'll still have an extracurricular class and some projects to finish). I'm sure you have the skills, it's the patience or even time to do it! Apollyon's head turned out just fine, I used to paint model kits when I was younger and then actual vehicles when I worked at a body shop! It's always the time. Acrylic paint kits from Testors are relatively cheap, come with a few brushes and the main colors you'd need, and clean up easy! Maybe start on some wheels first? Actually, I'm pretty sure I don't have the skills for it.
