I saw some similar things with some IDW Rodimus 3P things. They had teasers posted like 3 years ago that then never came out

So, I think that X2 kit for CW Magnus did come out some time ago, and they did a second run which was what that pre-order was for.

Also, nice TR deluxe wave!!

Apparently I missed the Siege on Cybertron set completely in my travels. It went from "Pre-order: Sold Out" to completely Sold Out recently

I did see some while I was on vacation, but I wasn't sure what I was going to do to get them home so I passed. I have the regrets!!

Ironically, I missed out on them on my first encounter as well. On one of the first days of my recent vacation, I walked into a Target in Nashville only to find Misfire and Twintwist (Blitzwing and Oct@ne were there as well, but I don't really want either of them that much). However, since I had a BBTS pre-order for the set of 3 deluxes, I passed on them since I wanted to get all three at the same time. Didn't see the deluxes anywhere for the rest of the trip.

If I had to guess, I would say that the exclusivity of the box sets has something to do with the alleged poor sales of most of the CW box sets, hence why both of the TR sets and the last CW one were exclusives in the US. I could be wrong, though.

Thread update:

1. The display is (mostly) back in business! I had to change the pictures into attachment after the debauchery that Photobucket committed. However, the MP s image and all of the Hero Factory stuff isn't there since, as I was making the images smaller, Microsoft Paint decided that today would be the perfect day to stop working. I'd finish the rest of them tonight, but I've got a six paragraph essay to write, and I've got an ACT prep class (I find it weird that my parents are having me take a prep class even though I've taken the test four times already) tomorrow, so I'll probably have to wait until next week.


2. I recently got news of an amazing haul (non-TF) that I'll be getting next week. Do you guys want me to tell you now, or do you want to wait until I get it to see what it is?

This is Luke! He's a 3 week-old kitten that was found under the porch of my sister's friend's house. They had taken in a stray cat a while ago, and they recently found it under their porch with four kittens. He's currently still at their house so he can spend a bit more time with his mom, and so they can get him to start eating solid food, but we'll be able to go and pick him up sometime next week.

There's actually a neat story behind his name. Me and my brother wanted to call him Luke as to honor the Dark Lord of the Sith that passed away a few months ago (since Luke came after Vader in Star Wars). Turns out, the family that found him had already taken to calling him Luke without any knowledge that we wanted to do the same.

D-Max, did you watch the NFL season opener yesterday? I'm not a Chiefs fan, but seeing them dismantle the Patriots last night was genuinely one of the most pleasing experiences in my recent memory (plus, Tyreek Hill is on my fantasy team and he put up some mad numbers last night).

I have been on a football binge my friend!! I had to go to work at 6AM Friday and the Patriots were picking up speed again with the lead at the end of the 3rd, so I went to bed. Woke up to them getting smashed worse than I was on my 21st birthday. Saw it on repeat Friday night and enjoyed every single second of Foxboro just shutting the hell up and Brady crying like the pampered brat he is!!

That was all sort of mean, but I really don't like the Patriots, and when everyone is prediction an undefeated season, it felt soooooo good.

Enjoyed watching the Steelers win, even if in the first half they looked pretty awful. Disappointed in the Seahawks and Giants though. Oh and the Bengals were completely shut down. Hell yeah!

Yeah, that was kind of a sub-par game. Bell did jack squat, and the only offensive player to score touchdowns was Jesse James. The Browns actually looked pretty good, though. Kizer needs to let go of the ball earlier, but aside from that, he seems pretty good.

Disappointed in the Seahawks and Giants though. Oh and the Bengals were completely shut down. Hell yeah!

I was pretty ticked that the Giants lost since they're my second favorite team (and since Marshall and Engram are on my fantasy team, and they didn't do squat). I would have been happy that the Packers won if I had put Jordy Nelson on my active roster (he got 20.9 fantasy points), but since I left him off in favor of Martavis Bryant (bad idea), I could care less.
