What did you do to give Jazz his screen accurate back? You gave him his spoiler and rear lights in the right place. I hope he still transforms.

I cut through the joint that connects the spoiler part to the roof and use the joint of that to stick into the square gap behind Jazz's head so give him the spoiler behind head. But I still wasn't happy with the overall view from the front (especially after seeing the gorgeous Masterpiece) so I cut through where the roof connects to the back via four joints (one of which snapped cos I haven't very good tools, basically just a craft knife and a cigarette lighter to heat the blade so it cuts through the plastic like butter, but the other three are fine). Basically I only cut as much from the joints as required for them to come out and then clip back on securely as if I'd done nothing at all. Basically now he can be a partsformer for more accurate robot mode but still have the parts clip on to look as the toy was designed. Not an ideal solution but I like now having the option and I do prefer it with the roof off his backpack.

Roof and spoiler (tucked under the roof as is designed) still clip back on for factory look and transformation.

It's a partsforming solution I will admit, but that doesn't bother me. Besides, the perfect Jazz is what the Masterpiece is for

Yeah I'm no pro at customising but sometimes those lil things bug me enough to have a go and most of the time they turn out acceptable enough for my collection.

I can't really afford Masterpieces but that Jazz looks so good. Also I just really wanna know where it hides everything so may be like Unique Toys Challenger where I buy it cos I NEED to know how it works but then sell it a month or so later on cos I'm too poor to keep it when i need the money for other things. The back of it looks so very accurate I want to transform it for myself. :O Anyways hope you're having a good weekend, sir.

Tried something a bit different to my usual crud.

I like how this one got the sun setting through the window a bit cos it adds a bit more 'Bay' to the scene I feel. Plus these guys have great silhouettes. Also I hate the word 'silhouettes' cos I ALWAYS spell it wrong and am aware of it and have to google the correct spelling each time.

Doesn't look that bad

Keep on practicing. Always when I screw a paintjob a bit up I say to myself: "Still looks better than before/without paint."

We really need a general customization (pictures) thread in the Energon Pub.
