Well, they did have the clear versions of both those molds, pretty sure they were Japanese exclusives. Just don't remember precisely what they were... guess that doesn't count though considering the expense and they're the same character

Sorry for the bad quality. Went and bought a cheapo camera.

I just find it intriguing how just simple remolds can make Transformers look totally different like that. I mean it sometimes helps to tweak them a li'l with unofficial transformations('Muck's backpack/wings for instance, as seen here), but Hasbro and TakaraTomy should do this more often.
