Option 1:

1) Get an account at a image hosting website (I use Flickr, others use Photobucket)
2) Post your images there
3) Right click on the image. There should be a drop-down list. Copy the image's URL...like this:

4) Put that image link in the middle of the command
5) Have instant success hotlinking

Option 2:

1) Scroll down below the "Save, Preview, Submit" buttons. There should be two tabs: "Options and Upload Attachment"
2) Select Upload Attachment
3) Upload the picture directly

Correct me if I'm wrong, but have TransFormers ever been affected by magnetic forces? I know they're 'robots' and use words like metal a lot, but I always figured they're made of an entirely different material which can also mimmick leather seats and windows.
