This really isn't a custom. Just showing off the ability to use previous TF incarnations with Combiner Wars.

What's going on here exactly?

Looks like Energon Wing Saber and Energon Ultra Magnus combined with CW Prime.

Correct! Energon Ultra Magnus (Armada Overload mold) needs no assistance in combining with CW Prime. He pegs perfectly into the fists on CW Prime's sholders, and the undershields under UM's guns rest perfectly on top of the windshield spoilers notching in. They also protect his shoulder ports from enemy fire.

The Wing Saber combination is something else. I've created what I call IncrediPlugs with my 3D printer that will allow combination of any Combiner Wars body with Wing Saber, Energon Prime's drones, and the Energon combiner limbs. Oh, and I added Minicon ports to them. It's been a pretty good learning process.

Dude, could you switch out arms and legs on this guy? Because JEEBUSKROIST that looks awesome.

Like this, Energon Magnus won't fit on top, unless I modify the design of the plug to go out further (which would make it look like too much of gap in between shoulder, and body in other configurations). However, if someone wanted to buy such a plug for that single purpose, I could accomodate.

If you had read THE ENTIRE THREAD you'd know what some people are using! Every few thousand posts someone asks this. The most important thing is lots and lots of bright lights.

Yeah well maybe it was past due.

You don't need millions and millions of pixels to take good photos - you need a good lens. 1 Mega pixels will almost fill an A4 sheet. Any cameraphone from the last few years ought to be sufficient if you know how to use it. Learn how to make the camera focus on the part you want to focus on. If it doesn't have a focus function then you need a different camera.

Lighting is VERY important. Generally speaking, you need bright ambient light. A white south-facing room on a sunny day is a good start, but don't be shy about adding extra lights as well. I"ve found direct sunlight is terrible. Someone mentioned diffusion to give ambient light, this gets rid of harsh shadows and allows for more detail - diffusers can be expensive but if you have a really bright spotlight just tape some thin white paper over it and that'll do the trick.

Thanks Mykltron for pointing that out to me. And your solid tips on what to do are really helpful. It was interesting to see the number of fans using their phones over an actual camera. I hope to get my hands on a camera really soon.

Oh man 'jaki, that haul is just awesome. Divebomb looks so good in blue. I'm totally jelzzy over the insecticon. I never got him.
And translucent Car Bros.! you know how translucent bots make me feel. Those guys are FANTASTIC! If you wake up in the morning and they're not where you left them....um....it wasn't me.
