With all the stuff that's been coming out lately I'm not sure if this had been reported or not, but I picked this guy up at TRU today. If this has already been reported feel free to lock. I just didn't recall anyone finding him at a regular retail outlet yet.

What's the verdict, worth $60? I saw it the other day, but I have no intentions of paying full price for this fig, if I get it at all.

It's not worth $60.00, I was doing an exchange and had a 20% off coupon so I ended up paying $35.00 to get out the door with him. With the cannons flipped down he's probably the most movie accurate BB to date. The right arm with the cannon gimmick has somewhat limited articulation. I was happy to see that ridiculous pull ring thing on the right arm is removable and is just there so you can try the gimmick while he's in package. I'm sure that has already been reported, but I wasn't aware of it until I bought him. I like his transformation, not all that complicated but it gets the job done. I appreciated the fact that he has rubber tires. All in all he's a good figure. I don't have the Ultimate BB to compare him to, but of the BB's I have I still prefer the HA version over this one.

Planning on getting him but hopefully on sale somewhere. It does look like a fantastic version of Bumblebee.

Good to know. I have the "Ultimate" version...it's not very ultimate. I think I might just like the new deluxe the best...definitely the best bang for the buck.

BTW, where'd the 20% coupon come from, if I may ask? One of those could come in handy...

I signed up for their rewards club so they constantly send me email coupons and promotions. I just printed of the email and took it in with me.
