Ben can transform into 20 aliens. And I think Diamondhead and Fourarms could beat the Autobot. Powerglide's only chance is to fight from the sky.
Hundreds of weapons? Try small cluster bombs and some sort of beam.
Superior in size? Sure, he's taller than most of Ben's aliens, but he's not that tall. Not to mention that Ben can transform into an alien called Way Big. Being nearly 100 feet tall, one hit from this beast could take out Powerglide easily.

Powerglide is very red. He can beat Ben 10 through pure redness.
No seriously, he can take away Ben's toys, torture him for a few years and then drop him from a great height onto his parents' house. That's what Autobots do, after all.
