im a big convoy completist! all i need is:
black big convoy, nemesis prime, and ultra mammoth

which, if youre keeping count, means i only have big convoy

My Black BC is actually slightly brokeded. The right half of the Mammoth head/tusk broke right at the ball joint socket. It can still hang on there, but it falls off pretty easy. another excuse to get Ultra Mammoth.
I don't know if this is unique to mine or all of this version. I would maybe take Agamemnon up on this offer. The later versions might not suffer this issue, and that Nemy version has a cool paint job.

I was keeping count and found that completionist comment quite funny. I am looking for a loose Nemesis Prime since I just want the mold at the cheapest cost possible.

STINKY! I love that guy and his buddies too. Night Glider is one of my all time favorite BW toys. Spittor is just gross...in cool way.

Gee, he has a really small gallery, by comparison to today's. And he is good, though chrome flaking could be an issue. Don't shake hands with him though.

...but needs to be mentioned again. He's the best turtle mold transformer...in a category that has three(four if you count the next pick, five if we include Beastformers).

The beast mode is just awesome, a very good looking fuzor. That shell is exquisitely painted and detailed. The robot mode, without the shell and gun, looks horrible, very plain. With it though your distracted from that, and he becomes a big game hunter with nice posability, and similarly to Sky Shadow, ball jointed ankles.

Back in the day he was the only non-show character(barring McDonald's or the technicality of Bat Primal/Gator Megs) that I had. Why? Because turtles, even non-teenaged mutant ones, are awesome. Pegging that with a personality you can root for 90& of the time is why Gamera is almost better than Godzilla!

Weird memory working here, many, many years ago, dang maybe ten years, there was a whole thread about Scarem, with a member going on about how awesome he was, and giving virtual brownies to people when they got him, cause he was a cheap figure back then(probably still is). I happened to find one at the Flea Market at the time.

So in the interim did he become a "bad" figure? I always thought he was a nifty basic. He only showed up in one panel of the comics though.

Lotta folks always looked down on him, but I never understood why. Great articulation in both modes, and has a good design. His transformation is basically turning him upside down and opening his face, but nothing wrong with simple transformations, G1 Prime is basically him standing up and stretching his arms out. His whip weapons a little weak and comes unpegged easy, but it's a basic so at least it's a weapon. Coupled with his articulation he could be seen as a master of kung-fu.

And he had a rather large role in the Beast Wars IDW comics, so maybe his reputation has grown over the years?

And looking at that wiki picture closer, it's not doing him any favors at all. The head sits flatter on the body, and the beast head halves can easily be folded behind for a smoother look. This is something I could expect from Hasbro stock photos, but the wiki?

Amazing news for all of us who are looking for Beast Wars Neo toys. Sonokong, a korean company, licensed the Takara toys for Korean distribution, just like Hasbro licensed the Diaclone toys back in the day (hence why they all had that cool japanese writing).

And Sonokong made a truckload of these guys and the gift sets are still available online and relatively cheap. And they have cool new Korean Packaging.

i young and wasnt posting back in the BW days. all i got is my personal experience with scarem. i didnt like him. no hands and barely any legs. i did like minor though! he was nifty.
