Pretty simple, there have been several releases of the Classics Bumblebee mold with slightly different decos plus the WFC Bee and the Alternity version. If you had to display only one, which would you go with and why?
I'm looking to only have one Bumblebee in my Classicsverse display and am having a hard time with this.

Personally I use the latest Generations one with the stripes. It's a nice yellow and is a nice combination of what BB was mixed with what he's become.
If that's not to your liking, I's strongly suggest the one that was released in the 3-pack of BBs a while back. It's quite nice too.

I like the original Classics release best. The white goes really nice with the yellow. Also, the mold has that square block meant for the rubsign only the original has, the other realeases kind of look odd in that area to me.
Honable mention: United BB will look great with one of the custom Goldbug heads coming out.

I still use my original. I just couldn't get over the chrome on Henkei and the RTS one's to orange for me. As an alternative, the Legends class one from Universe 2.0 is nice. Not the yellow Hot Shot or Animated ones.

Have to go with the Henkei. Not perfect but I just can't get into the stripeyness of the American versions (though I'll probably repurpose the RTS version into Hubcap or Bumper once someone makes an appropriate head).
It's kind of galling that Takara has never released this mold as Cliffjumper; I'd love a plain red version similar to Henkei Bumble (which would of course get a head upgrade).

As a pure mold, I love the Classics mold, but I don't dig the stripes that all but the Henkei version have and I definitely don't dig the chrome.

If they all look eaqually good to you, then price is the great eaqualizer.
Ultimately we all have our own tastes. I think the above photos show a nice comparison of BBs. Just pick which one looks best to YOU.

Am I correct in that L-R in the top pic would be the 3 pack version, Classics, RTS, Henkei and United with the bottom picture being the same guys in reverse order?

The best and my fav is classics 2.0 legends BB. It's a TF you can't go wrong with and if you can't find that TRU legends 4 pack of Starscream and BB has a repaint that's not too bad.

I've got the Takara E-Z Bumblebee which I love (and more than one of the Classics Bumblebee molds) but I'm trying to figure out which one to use for my Classicsverse deluxe display. They all have good points but they all have drawbacks. Take away the stripes from Classics or take away the chrome from Henkei and we'd be all set. I actually am starting to lean towards the 3-pack Bumblebee (which I don't have) because for some reason the black stripes bother me less than the white stripes.

I got Classics BB when he came out, but since I'd picked up Henkei Cliff, I had to get EZ Bee, and thw two make a nice pair. Had I know about a potential Goldbug head add-on prior to the United version selling out I'd possibly have bought that one. Henkei (Deluxe) Bumblebee probably looks the best out of the available options, but I'm not keen on the chrome on him.
I call the one Movie BB I have Yellowjacket, and I suppose either of the ones with the black stripes would fit that idea too. Speaking of which I'd suspect that RTS Bee is the cheapest, being the most recent mass-release figure, and being very orangey-yellow compared to the G1-looking paler yellow of the rest.

Cheapest? The RTS one, with the black stripes.
He's the newest, (excluding united) and the easiest to get ahold of... cos... everyone's sick of the BB repaints. Not the best IMO, the stripes are not G1 accurate at all. But it'll pass

I have RTS Bumblebee and I like him. I actually don't mind the black stripes as much as Classic's white ones because I guess I'm used to BB having some black parts, just not white ones. Obviously though, he is meant to be a bit of a compromise with movieverse Bee.
Out of curiousity, does anyone use the #-pack Bumblebee as their main one? I think that's how I'm starting to lean, although I'd need to buy one because I don't currently have him.

Although the IDW G1 comics did just start using the WFC version, so that's an option for you, too.
