Been looking for a good place to buy transformers from. I have bought several from TFDIRECT (although they don't carry alot of them), and have recently bought several from TFSOURCE. I sent a couple of questions to tfsource and they don't want to bother replying. Tried from two different addresses to make sure it wasn't my address and still get no reply...but I get plenty of spam ads from them.

I have several more I am getting ready to buy but don't care to deal with TFSOURCE anymore as if they can't bother to answer a simple question (most likely due to it being something they didn't want to answer) then I am guessing if I run into a problem they will treat their customers this same way.

I was just asking if they price matched as Scramblecore.com had several of the ones I was looking at for cheaper and also offered free ship for 150 or more. I would have still dealt with tfsource regardless of answer as I had already used them but after this I no longer trust them if an issue arises. Has anyone used scramblecore? had any issues and if so how did they handle it? I am open to other sources as well.

I have only dealt with BBTS stateside, which have amazing customer service. But they do charge shipping.

I also deal with Amiami and Animeexport for all Takara products since they are one of the cheapest around. They both have perfectly fine customer service and a very easy no nonsense way of doing business since the websites are full of info and quite user friendly, at least for us collectors.

I also much prefer sticking to retail for the Hasbro stuff since I find that retail has the best deals in the short run. You can land on a 20-30% off deal at TRU every few months, at least in Canada.

Are you stateside? Scramble Core don't receive PayPal

In Asia, you have BigInJapan (not as wide), hlj (a shadow of its former glory), hobbysearch (also on the late side when it comes to TFs) and the big kahuna Amiami.

RK is a good alternative though shipping a bit pricey and their customer service response is a bit on the bumpy side but reliable on delivery.

I am indeed stateside....and I just looked on their site (not sure if this is something new) but they do accept paypal now according to their site. That would have made a difference for me so glad that is the case.

I recently received an email that Scramble City Core has stopped with PayPal, must have been a lovers quarrel between them if it has been restored :lol:
