I've been using Testors Sky Blue, mostly because I had it handy, as my color of choice to fill in the eyes of my autobot figures.
The sky blue is actually a good match to WFC Bumblebee's factory painted eyes. But I've gotten kind of tired of it on other figures. I want something with more snap to it. Most the time I end up painting over light piped eyes with the sky blue. But now I want something more visually satisfying. To make them look like they are actually lit more. The real trouble is finding a blue that isn't lost in Prime's head, with all the dark blue plastic.
Anyone know a better color, or even a custom trick? I had considered putting down a coat of silver or chrome and going over it with Transparent Blue. I know this works well with silver/chrome and transparent yellow to give you a good gold look in other applications.

Yeah, that'd work. Or maybe Candy or metallic flake Blue over white.
