The aftermarket prices are high, as expected, but I have yet to find a loose, complete option. Anyone own one and care to share some thoughts?

I finally combined the three dino-components to form Magmatron! He tabs and tucks pretty well, all things considered.

It wasn't extremely difficult, but the tightness of his joints had me being very delicate with each twist & turn -- he came loose/complete, and I'd say NM.

Hey Cary -- thanks to Roku, we watched some TF Armada, Energon, some G1 (when I don't pop in the DVDs). There might be more, but no Beast Wars/Machines, or the Japan-only series (I wish).

Yessss, TACO TRUCKS! Food cart are still fairly popular here in Oregon -- having been raised in the food vending biz in a previous life, I know all the tricks of the trade....but I still enjoy the food, too. Especially if it's a unique offering; like a pho/french dip sammich or a Korean short-ribs burrito.

We have the Roku, PS4 & Apple TV as our primary streaming devices -- I prefer my piecemeal offerings over going full Comcast. There's often a lot less commercials this way.

Magmatron doesn't really have a 3rd, unless you count the fact that Seasaur does the elasmosaurus, acts as an extra dino-head for his shoulder & arms for the bot, and becomes his shield.

Yea, they have virtually no screen time in the series, either.

I mean...you only see Stampy's once. Not only is it really fast and easy to miss, but he doesn't even cut anything. He yells it out and rams into a shield (without ever being held or used as a pair of scissors, mind you). End of story, end of form. Brake's is a bit strange, also. I sort of like Corahda's turret mode, though

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. It follows pretty closely behind Beast Wars II, in timeline, so I'd recommend finishing that one first

Magmatron is a fun one to watch once he gets going.

Time-thrashing through the multiverse, Magmatron collaborates with Thunderwing to obtain the Dead Matrix.

Believing it will make him the Demifiend of Destruction, Magmatron attempts to unleash the Darkness...but to no avail.

Thinking he can control Baby Nemesis as an instrument of destruction, Magmatron hands him the Dead Matrix...

Unbeknownst to Magmatron & T-Dubz, Nemesis Prime is reunited with Unicron as a result...and once again, enacts His Will. He proceeds on his way to oblivion by gripping the Dead Matrix....

Unleashing the Darkness within causes all within its presence to immediately writhe in agony, including Magmatron. Time begins to compress....

Fortunately, Heinrad's beer goggles are unaffected, and the Unleashing allowed him to pinpoint Nemesis Prime's location.

This allows him to persuade Nemmy P to "stop being an effin emo baby", providing his backup, the One True Prime (self-proclaimed), the chance to apprehend him.

I felt like a spoiled brat, getting two bots from Beast Wars Neo (or at least their domestic mold mates!) within days of each other -- they're both very impressive in their own right, Cobbes.

Big Bad was impressive right out of the box -- beefy, and with great detailing all around, I could see why just one of these may not be enough.

I still prefer the look of Big Black, but I like having a unique Nemesis Prime in my collection.....and a mold of Big Convoy.

The Big Cannon really is impressive, and I'm surprised he can still manage some poses despite its girth.

Magmatron is impressive in detail and the fact that he snaps together tightly makes all the difference. His colors pop, and the play value with his separate components makes him more versatile -- but there's just something about that Big Convoy mold.

I couldn't get enough of posing and playin around with him.....I'm just going to have to take more pics with both.

EDIT: I know you got both of these molds as well, so how do you feel the two leaders stack-up against each other?

My son wants the Longrack/Guiledart combo-pack for his b-day -- is Killer Punch a repaint of Guiledart (or vice-versa)? KP's colors make all the difference, though. :PREDACON:

Big Convoy is certainly the superior toy, but Magmatron does errythang you said, and pulls it off pretty decently for such an ambitious character.

I think that KP and Guiledart were likely tooled up together. They share that same body but both their dino heads are different as well as their bot heads. I'm not familiar with the timeline of Neo toys. I would guess Guiledart came out first, but I can't say. Takara is crafty. Thy make it hard to tell chicken or egg.

Oh Yeah! Their tail weapons are resculpted too!

Their both dope! And different enough, it's cool to have both.

Edit: It should be noted that KP's dino head is spring loaded, and freakin' shoots off his arm to deliver a ..... KILLER PUNCH!

This BeastQuest has seriously been cheaper than the Pretender hunt -- and still no G1 Bludgeon. :/

My brother has him so I've played with him plenty. Sometimes I look but don't find much. I need to dig harder.
