Daleks seem to just exterminate everyone. They're capable of taking over the universe in time. Their tech must be superior to Borg and Replicators. They're not too fond of stairs though. Also, they're made of miscellaneous household objects and a rubber octopus inside. They're basically space Nazis. You know, Nazis but in space.
