In the TFCC comic, they've mentioned Shockwave in hushed tones more than once. I bet that a Megatron redeco into Shockwave is coming (new head, new colors, and possibly a gun-arm mod, and you're done). Most likely, as one of the attendee-only exclusives.

Really like the idea and not getting the set, or hate the idea and getting the set?
Personally, I don't mind it. I'm not getting the set, and I really think Shockwave needs his own mold. I don't think he'd work with the Megatron mold.

love the idea, getting the set, unable to attend, would like to avoid the hours of waiting by ebay to try and get a clssics shockwave exclusive.

Well, it doesn't seem to be that likely anyway.
How do you feel about the Titanium line? Personally, I hope he gets a new mold there. I would've preferred a Classics version, released at retail, but that now appears unlikely, to say the least.

i have all of the 6'' titaniums released so far and due to that would love to see a shockwave release in that line. I also think that he would have been better suited for the classics but i suppose beggers can't whine to much.
