You've got to be kidding.
Transformer fans complain about everything.
I've said it before, but Transformer fans would complain about a car that runs off of water because the car didn't have enough articulation.
(not saying you specifically Leo, just the fandom in general)

Im pretty certain ALL internet based fanbases are in the same boat. Thanks to having such a large and diverse interest base, which grows ever bigger thanks to having had 2 companies working on it for well over 20 years, we have an aweful lot left ot complain about.

Don't feel bad, I have chicks complain about my availability all the time.![]()
Topic wise, I think Dirge looks great, even if it is just a standard re-paint. Oh well, I hope they got one step further for Thrust.

I wouldn't mind having the Cracker, but considering how outlandish the price for this set is I can either bash him from Starscream or settle for the Robotmasters version.

Thrust likely will have new wings.
The small difference in Dirge's wings are certainly not a deal breaker.

botcon ratchet. His head, and a totally new weapon for him.Agamemnon wrote:Is there an example of a Botcon figure that had a major re-mold like Thrust's wings would be? I'm thinking more than just a head.

As for others, none come to mind at the moment, but sentinel maximus (?) from otfcc 2004 had a new head, which required a slight remold to the minicon itself in order to contain the head, as well as remold the minicon's head.
I can't think of much else off the top of my head that is drastically different.
wasn't there something about botcon cyclonus's hands that were different?

forgive my ignorance if i am incorrect, but wouldnt a new head mold be far more complicated than remolding thrusts wings. If that is correct than wouldnt remolding the wings actually be more cost conservative than prior exclusives with new head molds? If i'm incorrect and a head mold is cheaper despite its complexity( or if im on crack and new head molds actually arent complex) than it completely nullifies my arguement

Well, looks like they listened to us! there are pics of him in another thread, and a news post.Bonger wrote:I really don't think so. If it is, I'd be ok with that.
However, remolding Thrust's wings should not be a big deal. It looks like we will find out in about a week or two.
Fingers crossed.
