Hes got some MP Megatron legs goin on, but otherwise I'm interested. I'll make my final decision once I see some color images & some more poseability.

Maybe color will do this figure justice, but right now it looks like crap. Im actually pleased with WFC Soundwave as a stand in until a real classics Soundwave comes out. This one is just too boxy looking to go with the more complex classics/RTS/generations figures.

I like how we're all willing to give it a chance even though it looks like crap at the moment. :lol:

I do hope it turns out nicely. I'd add him to the Classics collection if he's done well enough.

I think my iPod Soundwave is a good "Generations Soundwave" stand in unless they come out with an actual one. This looks good but the price wouldn't be right for me. (the iPod Soundwave was a Christmas gift, so the right price for me!) :KREMZEEK:

I was wanting the white and blue version for my Shattered Glass collection and the traditional colors for Classics. I can't justify it in my brain though. I imagine the cost would end up about the same going either route though. Music label or this for Classics I mean.

It may be based on Guido Guidi's design, but I can't say this figure does it justice.

For those of you wondering, I calculate it will be about the same size as ML Soundwave, slightly taller than Tracks.

Its ok i guess.... still a great take on a new design...not to exited but if they can modifiy a new head old, and weapons to look like BLASTER then ill be exited :KREMZEEK:

since noone is trying to release a blaster any time soon...well heres to hoping anyone with me at lease a little?

I love my ML Soundwave. I got the Reprolabel set for it, and it looks great. A little small, I will admit, but it looks pretty good. I got it for a steal on eBay, I think it was $40 shipped, so I looked at as if I was buying a henkei/united figure.

Are you still wanting a White version? I ended up with 2 of the white, so still have one MISB. PM me and we'll see if we can work something out.

i want to see finished pictures, but ill probably get this figure based on the fact you can fit the cassette robots inside of him. i kinda feel the mold would look better with a new head as blaster though. we havent got a good one of him in awhile i feel.(device label didnt feel RIGHT)

I'm with you!

I'm pretty happy with my ML Soundwave, and not really interested in replacing him.

But, if this was Blaster, I'd be all over it, as DL Blaster sucks IMO.

That's the one, which makes me a little weary of the QC on this thing. The huge chest and the skinny limbs ruins it for me.

I agree with this. The legs need to be beefed up, the head needs some revisions and whatever else to make it look good.

Yeah I'm put off by this thing too. Music Label looks better, especially with reprolabels. And even if that's not your cup of tea, kitbashing RtS Perceptor into him actually has nice results all its own.
