Something weird going on at WM, I called last night and gave them the UPC for MPSS, and they said that 18 were on order, but didn't know when they will come in, I call today, and they said that they are being deleted out of the system, and they are not carrying them anymore ! What the heck ! I hope they are not holding them for black friday, like some OP said, a million people will be there.

I'm still new at this thing. So why is everyone calling this "Black Friday"?? I dont get it! Sorry newb here! LOL!

It's the day after Thanksgiving when all the stores are having the big sales, and a million people are there waiting in line in the morning.

Someone from Monterey Park CA. is selling MPSS on ebay, I didn't see a Wal-Mart sticker on it, so I don't know if he got it at WM, or has a china connection.

oops, my bad. what i meant to say was that im sure he didnt get it around here in cali, he maybe got it from ebay or some other source. ive actually seen a couple of them on ebay from Hong Kong sellers going for about 60-70$; which is decent, especially if youre looking to resell one at your own store.

MASTERPIECE STARSCREAM HAS BEEN SIGHTED IN SAN DIEGO.... a fellow thread member from a star wars forum got 3 last night.

San Diego!!! Out of all the place's!! San Diego gets it first!!!! LOL! Man that sucks!!! So I call Baldwin Park WM, gave them the UPC code. Well its in the warehouse!So get ready. Hopefully!! LOL! WM still lots of deluxes, saw just 1x 77 BB deluxe. Happy hunting peeps!!!

Just messing around with you, anyway I can't get anyone at WM to give me a straight answer, the only thing they said today was something about 18 in rancho cucomonga, I dont know if that just meant on order or in transit etc.. I think the reason San Diego may get them first, is because the distribution center may be closer to them. I will keep trying and let you all know if I see any.

Which one? I heard it on TFW2005 boards, and went to the Walmart it was supposedly sighted at, and they never had a place for MP SS to begin with.

Considering they had 18 available, I don't think finding where it was located would be that difficult.

Update on MP SS in SD:

Okay, just got off the phone with Grossmont Walmart (the Walmart that supposedly had all the MP SS's). Good news: scalpers didn't take it; it turns out there were only about six on the floor today. She said the computer reads that they have 12 in stock, but she can't find anything in the back or on the floor, so she's thinking they sent the pallet of 12 (which, if I'm doing the math right, is four cases of SS) back to the warehouse. They'll send it back to the store eventually, but she doesn't quite know when. Could be today, could be Sunday. They also have an additional 18 on order, so she says to check back within the next three days, and they should have them out on the floor.

Needless to say, I'm checking back after my class today at 4, and tomorrow, AND Friday.

Ontario Toysrus- A bunch of barricades, bonecrusher, megatron and brawl leader, wreckage and others.

Fontana Target- 2 final battle jazz, recon barricade which i picked up and countless others like payload and thundercracker.

I dont think we will get our's till thur. or fri. This really sucks!!!

Someone in Alta loma is selling on ebay, so they must have got a couple in Rancho Cucamonga

San Jose finds:

Target on Mckee and Capitol: Some new SWTF came in. They had 2 Snowspeeders and 1 Commander Cody Turbo Tank; no AT-ATs. I picked up a snowspeeder and the last TT.
They also had some recon Barricades.

Walmart on Senter: SWTF Deathstars, 1 normal TF movie Barricade; no SS.

New Target @ the Plant (on Tully across from the cemetary) whole bunch of the GI Joe 25th figures (Lady Jay, Beachhead wave)

Target off of Coleman: nuthing

Update in San Diego. Was informed that Murphy Canyon Walmart would have 18 by this morning, but at 5am where all gone.

Clairemont Walmart had 9 Starscream (3per case). All other Walmarts in San Diego was to receive them in this week from what I was told. Keep and eye out and call use the upc code to get exact date of arrival.

Fellow collectors call Parkway Plaza Walmart was told in the next couple of days. So should be in tommorrow if information correct. Most shipments are 9-18 pieces good luck hunting everyone.

Thought I'd throw in another confirmation, found 9 MP Starscreams down here in San Diego. A little bitter though, bad timing with my cash flow... , maybe they'll be there next week. I did bring one to a scanner though just to confirm price at this store, barcode wouldn't register.

If it's the Walmart I think you're talking about, I can confirm that it's $48.88. I bought 4, one for myself, and three for other fellow collectors.

And it looks like I'm gonna have to make another run to make sure everyone gets it.


EDIT: Oh, and apparently a Walmart in SD is going to be stocking 30 MP SS's on the floor within this week. PM for details.
