Call of Duty Black Ops HELP!?

I just installed this game call of duty black ops and there is really a big problem. It always crashes at the start and always lag. I already searched ways on how to solve this problem like in Steam Library but Still not working. I can't even start to play this. Can someone help me solve this problem pls. If there's a link that I can download to solve it i will really appreciate.
