Ah, that would be G1 Micromaster Skystalker from 1989. He was part of a playset that transformed from a futuristic Space Shuttle to a command center.

Alone he's not worth that much. The space shuttle is kinda hard to find complete, especially because of a design flaw one of the wings can easily break off.
