Here's the best thing to do to get another roadbuster without upseting anyone else.
Go to hasbro's customer service and tell them that the roadbuster you have is faulty. They will exchange it for something of equal value (they might send you a box to send your back to them or they might let you keep yours). If you get e new roadbuster then YAY! And it would make sense that you do since that is what they have in their warehouses now. However, if you get another voyager (like Skybyte), then just go to toysrus and buy the roadbuster you want. Then go back to that same toysrus with your receipt and that other figure you didnt want still in its box. I did this last year for the Rhinox that had way too floppy legs.

No, not with hasbro customer service. They will only ask for the serial number found on the toy.
