I'm in the same pinch basically, and the approaching Battle Steel Optimus Prime with the swords doesn't help. You know, maybe I should get the Action set for the trailer, and Battle Steel for the guns and swords.

For that matter, I'll get Action Set Megatron just for the complete look. I hate how the Commander look bare with a simple fuel tank.

I'd go with the battle steel one. The other is pretty cool until you see the back wheels of the trailer aren't really wheels but molded plastic made to sort of look like wheels.

Sad thing is....the Commander w/ fuel tank has better paint apps then his battleset counterpart

The cybervese Optimus Prime with wings have a way better paintjob than the one who come with the trailer. So I got them both and I just swithed them. The one who came with the trailer now is in robot mode with the wings and guns. The one who came with the wings is in vehicle mode with the trailes.
Of course, bot Optimuses are displayed togheter.

They are not that much expensive so it's quite easy to get both.
