Depends on who writes the story, but I think the most CapAm can hope for is a stalemate the kind he usually gets into - trapped in another dimension, or in an iceberg.

BTW, I think Kratos vs. "everyday superheroes" fantasy battles are pointless, what I've read of him, he's an insanely overpowered killing machine.

Go look at some of the other un-answered vs battles here! There are some good ones.

There is no place anywhere Cap would be safe from Kratos, he could flee to a different dimension and Kratos would still manage to track him down and murder him.
Kratos is one determined narrow-minded SOB.

I acctually have to agree with that second part. He's up there with Superman and Wolverine in that group of characters that's way to overpowered to be used in discussions like this.
