As Ive said before, I run my Walmarts toy Department, and we just got in our firt ROTF movie figs last nite. They do scan, but the computer wont let them get sold, so I couldnt get them for myself.

Anyway, the boxes are maked TRA TM2 Deluxe Wave 1R2, with a not on shelf before May 30th logo on them

the boxes contain from left to right:
1 Rampage
1 Breakaway
2 Sideways
2 Bumblbee*
2 Sideswipe

*The Bumblebees are the same as the movie preivew ones, but theres no movie preview logo anywhere.

I origonaly had no intention of getting preview bee, but after seeing him in hand, im gonna have too. His gun is part of the arm, it looks to swivle back for transformation. His paint may not be metalic like the premium, but his paint details are much stronger, and more detailed. and his head, not only is it movie accurate, but his eyes paintjob makes them almost look lit up and alive.

The sidways seem to have some paint app goofs here and there, like silver overspray on the windows and wotnot.

anyway, no register will alow the sales of these, but im sure some places will put them out without looking if they have them, so keep your eyes peeled

*EDIT* I forgot to mention that they are priced at $11.88, so a dollar cheaper then animated deluxe.

Since we're on the subject of ROTF figs, I guess now would be a good time to let everyone know that HTS has Leader Prime, Preview Bumblebee and Soundwave, and the Bumblebee roleplaying crap for pre-order on the site.

I dunno if its been posted already though.

Speaking of the Animated line, when are we gonna get the, as of yet, still-not-released figures of the Animated line? I'm still waiting for Deluxe Arcee, Deluxe Electrostatic Soundwave, Activators Dirge, and Activators Cliffjumper.

Well at least theres 2 of each of the figures i want (sideways & sideswipe). Hopefully each store will get more than one case. I really hope its like the first movie and every peg is full. But i doubt it. Stores suck these days. So since these come out on the 30th im guessing the preview ones are due out around the 16th?

EDIT: Target.com has the preview figures up for preorder as well. Next time im by a target im going to try and swipe Soundwave early.

at least there cheaper than Animated, which im missing a few figures in that line, but i really want to know when Jetfire and Ravage are gonna come out. but Optimus, Sideswipe and im defintely buying. Sideswipe will look good next to my Movie Swerve figure

Can't wait for Sideswipe. I just hope the movie 2 releases don't end up like the 2nd month of the first movie release, where everything was sold out, and scalpers and collectors alike were waiting on restock just to get figures. .

The cases that came into a Wal-Mart last night in the Springs were not "R1" - revision 1 - and included 2 of each: Rampage, Sideways, Sideswipe, Bumblebee. There were eight of these deluxe cases and four voice-changer helmet cases.

I always wondered does rivision mean the case selection is just different or did they actually revise the fig and fix any flaws , because the paints still poopy on some figs

its good to know that we wont have to wait long, and its REALLY good to know that the prices are going down.

i doubt it but any word on the ravage figure yet?
(and is anyone else dissapointed that he dosn't actually turn into a chocobo?)
