All Skydive and Fireflight be able to do is stand and walk to a CR Chamber so if they try to get into the fight, they will be shields and even severally damaged ones. Maybe seeing critically injured mechs will snap Red Alert back into reality.

Just have fun with it. The missiles were never intended to hit the bounce pad. Just hit Hot Rod.

For those who have injured Autobots, you can have them show up on the Guardian if you want to. I had Streetwise and Groove do an overall gathering of injured Autobots. They just got bounced up to the Guardian.

You'll get the hang of it.
Starscream will be leading the Seekers in the escort of Astrotrain shortly, that'll be a chance for you to get your 2 coneheads involved at least.

Along the lines of what Psychout said...
Thrust in particular would be best with Starscream at the moment.
You must have not seen it, but all the seekers with the ability to reach escape velocity (a speed of 9 which Thrust does have) were to be escorting Astrotrain since they can break gravity and enter space.
With our odd pacing lately, it's been easy to miss things. So not responding may not have been intentional.
You have a good basis for rping, I think you can be great over time. We all had to start some time and I think we all can say none of us were Hemingways the first go

The other thing is for the Earth line, we are transitioning from one arc to another one or two whatever they may be. Sometimes it is hard to know what to expect during this time.

He's just had his wings stapled back on by Mal Practice, and was kicked off the repair bay just before we entered Astroclowncar.
He'll be back to his usual self and bossing the seeker peasants around in no time I'm sure.

I made a post with Thrust onboard astrotrain.
Yeah, I wish I knew more about transformers.

Just because you already posted with Thrust doesn't mean you can't post again. Your previous post did not have Thrust approach Mal Practice. He just asked a small group of cons what he missed, which was sort of a vague question and might be the reason why no one has answered him yet. However, since none of those cons have responded, just have Thrust move on and find Mal on board Astrotrain and ask him to do a quick fix on Thrust's wing. It's either that or find someone else to interact with.
As for your previous Bumblebee post, you just had him enter the Longevity and react to the klaxons going off around him. He thought the question "What went wrong?" but he didn't say it aloud. Bee didn't approach or talk to anyone. So, no one is going to respond to him just standing around doing nothing. You have to actually go up to someone and interact with them or do something to help out that others would take notice of.
Now, regarding your comment about wishing that you knew more about Transformers, the only thing I can suggest is doing some research on them. This game is primarily IDW inspired but it does incorporate other versions of TFs, as well, including G1, Prime and even Beast Wars. Read through the profiles to get a handle on the characters as they are portrayed in the game. It'll go a long way to help you interact with them. Also, reading through the game history and rules again might also help you to better understand how things work in the RPG.
At the end of the day, the game is meant to be fun, but it's not without some effort needing to be put into it to help make it enjoyable for not just yourself but everyone else, as well. Just try to go with the flow and not stress too much. You'll get the hang of it. And, remember, we're all here to help you along the way.

Tell ya what...
When we get up to the Thanatos, keep Thrust with Starscream because Vertigo and Lock On will be meeting up with their commander (and even Feedback will be lurking around once he's less... punched in the head
) and I can be there to make sure you have someone to 'lean on' as it were. Being seekers is handy because you have a whole team, really, that can take you under the proverbial wing. (see, Phaze and MSB aren't the only ones who can do pun time!)
In the meantime, think of Thrust's personality (BumbleBee seems to come naturally to you). If you don't know much about Transformers... well, I know it looks daunting, there's so much, but like Smokey suggests, the comics are what we resemble the most, which IDW has A LOT out there.... but if you can get your hands on the More Than Meets The Eye and Robots In Disguise archs (which are only a fraction of the collection) they are the most relevant. Robots In Disguise is more encompassing of factions, there's more Decepticons in that as well as the more characters that are recognizable if you aren't familiar with Transformers (Optimus, Megatron, BumbleBee, Soundwave
)
They'll give you a good feeling for the world and the way Transformers act and not take 3 months to read.
The Wiki's can give you a good feeling for the generals of the world, as well as the characters general personality ( http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Thrust_%28G1%29 ) it will give you insights on how the character was originally portrayed (sometimes some of the characters got a lot of screen/panel time but didn't say much at all). A lot of the characters have appeared across many different mediums and been handled by many different writers, don't let that discourage you (with Bomb Burst, I used that as a way to pick and choose different parts for his core personality), at the end of the day, they're your characters, even if they're canon, you bring your own take in on them (and to confess I still find canon characters very daunting, especially the ones everyone knows, I'm a bit afraid to play Perceptor, even though I really should get my smarty pants sniper underway)

Re: Chatterbox

Another option is to reach out to any previous players on how they played the character. You don't have to do the same things as the previous player and in fact be strange if you did. The daunting task of familiar canon is how much leeway the mods will give you on your own interpretation. As it was mention earlier, some characters are natural for you while others may take a bit of work especially if they are new to you. Those how know me on here can guess which characters I'm more likely to pick up if I know they are available and often times do well with them. This time around I expanded my selection and picked up several new ones for me. Skydive and Fireflight are my only returning ones from previous games\boards. Everyone else I never played before but the mods do encourage the players to expand their selections and sometimes strongly believe you or I could play a character when we never thought we could. Hot Spot is prime example for me and Sid thought I could do him justice and I think it is partially due to my long history of playing Silverbolt in previous games.
