In terms of TFU, I was a part of it for a very short period of time. I did not like it at all. Its pace was way too fast for me.

Also, I glanced over your application and you would need a sample post in order for it to be approved since you are new to this RP.

Hey, everyone. Just wanted to update you all on why I haven't been around lately. My mom's been in the hospital since a week before Thanksgiving. She has kidney failure and is now on dialysis. She has a lot of other problems, too, but the kidneys are the most serious. That and the holidays coming up have made my life more than a little hectic. I'm hoping to get some posting done tonight or even tomorrow and then work on some of those outstanding applications. Just bare with me while I try to catch up.

I'm so sorry to hear that! I really do hope she gets well soon. Definitely don't worry too much about the application, real life needs must come first. I can wait if it's important!

Smokey is our main app approve mod but this is why we got Sid and others. There are a few of us who also look out of curiosity and will gladly give advice like the missing sample post. From what I looked it seemed to be a workable application. The format was correct but I didn't add up the points. The sentence structure was fine. Your previous experience will do well with the reminder this board can run rather slow at times depending on the threads. Your character sounds like he be a good partner for Wheeljack considering how many of his experiments blows up in his face. Jetfire is also one who isn't shy when it comes to experiments. Once you get the character approved, you can use your TFU contacts to get started and I also suggest branching out as well to other players.

Hi all. How have things been going? First of all I want to apologize because I wasn't able to start RPing with the character I created (Decepticon Amethyst) because I lost my computer. Should have another one fairly soon, and when I do have it, I'd like to finally start, or if you wish, I can rewrite it or do another character. Whatever you wish! However, I can read stuff on my phone/ post "casual" posts. Just can't really type RP in this format.

By the way, I edited my previous Guardian post slightly to avoid confusion. I made it seem that nobody was present at all besides Streetwise, when really there are others close by (specifically Velocity working on keeping Jazz alive), but no others on the same case. Slight change, but ya know. Thought I'd say something.

I just wanted to ask something. I saw that it's possible to apply for upto three characters. Is there a post/time minimum that I need to have in the RPG before I apply for my second?

Usually Quill that is between mods and player. Some players try to play three at once while others pick up one at a time. Once you get a good feel for the game and your characters, the mods will often lift the three character limit. At the same time, you can also dial back by cutting out your roster if certain characters don't flow as easy or you lose interest. Once a while you have a player pick up a character for a specific story arc and then drop or trade the character. When you do apply for a second, you can try for one slightly more powerful or important but not going from Bumblebee to Optimus Prime for your first and second character respectively. At the same time, you can lose a character if you don't post for them after a month and some prodding from mods.

To summarize Sumo's long answer. No. You can just apply for a second one now. Its only your fourth one that needs mod approval. So have fun!
