CHMS have updated their weibo page with images of the packaging for their deluxe sized JazaiToys Powerglide knock off, Xtransbot Glider (preorder here). The back of the packaging reveals an interesting cross sell, Tyrant 3. It appears CHMS will be releasing a third party version of Galvatron under their Xtransbots brand. A while back some prototype images of a Galvatron upgrade set for WFC Megatron appeared on ACToys in the same topic as other Xtransbots projects. Keep in mind there is no way to really know if these projects are related based on the teaser image, but given the Galvatron upgrade set did appear alongside other Xtransbots projects it does seem to be a possibility.

FINALLY! could this be the ULTIMATE galvatron we have been waiting for?? if has/tak wont do it.....im glad a 3rd party is coming thru for us fans......AGAIN! heres hoping its leader class size

Sorry im getting still confused is this the same company that made the die-cast metal ver. of Wheelie? Did they change their box? or is this something else?

Just want to make sure this is the same company that will provide Wheelies Slingshot, the box looks way different then what was show a while back i attached a picture so please can someone verify what im looking at?

No this one's by CHMS, the same people who made the Henkei Seeker and OP KOs.

So we currently have four different groups that have made or are going to make third party Powerglides:

1. The original model kit.
2. Superallow Powerglide Warrior, based on #1, but with diecast, and not a model.
3. CHMS X-Transbots Glider, based on #1, all plastic, made in a variety of redecos (reversed colors, Cobra Rattler).
4. Maketoys Powerglide, Legends size, new mold.

I pre-ordered my powerglides without the package so I wouldnt have seen this. Ive been happy with my classics Galvatron for 2 years. Never understood what the whinning was about. But nothing is wrong with a little more G1 accuracy so I will buy it. I guess this will be a new start for CHMS: scratch molds. Thats good but at the same time I dont want them to stop leveling the playing field by KOing overpriced overrated figures so everyone can enjoy them.

CHMS rules !!!!

Now here's the question: Will this be an all new, original mold; a modified KO of the Universe deluxe mold; or will it be a KO of that limited to 100, non-transformable licensed, resin kit from a few years ago?

Personally I'm hoping for an all new original mold.

Leader class would be worse than deluxe. If it were leader class it wouldn't go with anything...save maybe MPs. But it's probably that gladiator looking set El Duque showed...taking a deluxe WFC Megs up to voyager size.

As horrible as those prototypes look, they're just that, prototypes. I see some potential there.

Hmm. Intriguing news, unless it is indeed related to that prototype. If that's the case, I'm not interested. But if not, this could be cool, though probably not affordable.

i'm so amazed that it has taken this long for some one to work on galvatron,but i don't think chms will be making this any time soon we still have not seen any new news on the ultramagnus that they were talking about
