I'd default to the I-O instead of the E-O pronunciation. Not because I care a whole lot, but because of the katakana on his Japanese name: ライオカイザー Raiokaizā

If it was the other way, it would be written リイオカイザ

Again...I don't care. It's just IF I were going to press the point, I'd base it on this.

^ Yep, fair. My brain sees lion-faced combiner, "leo" comes out of the mouth. Also agreed that it ain't no big deal, "lye-oh" just feels harsh to pronounce and listen to in English when it gets emphasis, imo.
