Acctually I don't think he ment to jack your thread & design, Although they are mostly simular there are a few diffrences (Paint wise and head). since he posted it with the Myclone head first (In you thread though) and you did mention the idea of using a Mudflap's head if I do recall since you weren't pleased with the first head, cut him some slack, He's a newb and after all Immation is the most sincerest form of flatterly....
And if it makes you feel any better.... I JACKED HIS HEAD!!!!!
Although I may hollow it out to fit over the exhisting head (If possible) and im scratchbuilding snap on shoulders...

Sorry to cause offence - I did not post the pics of mine to discredit your design. I posted it here so as not to make a new post where the design could have been mistaken as my original design. Again, apologies if it caused offence.
(Also, thanks to John Dillinga for trying to smooth things over!

i also don't mind that you "jacked" my thread, i was being sarcastic about that one.
now, did you carve down um peg or make the hole bigger? it's to big, but i also noticed that the head seems to large and even turned to the side, which is how mine goes in, the myclone head is to high and the spoiler(i guess that's what you'd call it) won't snap all the way into place.

With regards to the 'peg' for the head, I basically carved it down then put a screw in through the bottom to enable it to turn. It does stick out slightly, but not overly noticeable with the 'crest' thingy on top. I tend to keep mine in 'bot mode anyway, as I have another original Magnus which I keep in vehicle mode.

Second, let me say that although this does in some way "Hi-jack" someone elses thread I have always liked it when people picked up on someone's idea and ran with it and in hounor of that person, show it in their thread. (One's way of giving credit where it's due. Kudos)
In the future, it's fine that you also post pics of your work that has something to do with others work in their threads but also make sure to make your own thread (With Credit) so that you can get your own personal feedback there as well.Next time I suggest that you Mention your version in that persons thread before you post pics next time to make sure that there would be no problems with it. It's just polite.
But What makes it great when people do show their work in the same thread is that it gives people another way at looking at a possibility and to chose their own routes. Pick from something here and there and add your own twist...it just helps people find their own identity while still being able to follow a plan without too many mistakes or as I like to call them "Self learning stages".
Keep up the great work guys. Simple repaints can make all the differance but a personal thouch just makes it that much sweeter.

The compartment that the head folds into there are two side pieces on both sides with a strip of clear blue plastic under them remove both pices and it will allow enough clearance for the Myclone head to fold back completely and give just enough clearance for the wind vane to fit ontop im also working on a way to fix the open space on the back mount to allow the Head antenna to fit without them being bent in the small gap
