I don't want to deal with the bellows on that toy.

Get either United or Henkei and have him be the doppelganger? Or if you mean Classics Tank Megatron, hello? Adversary for RtS Laser Prime?

A NeoG2 display is my major project right now, with Sideswipe being my current Most Wanted.

Botcon 2010 Sideswipe fits in so much better than the 2011 animated version, in my opinion. The price of that little bastard, however, not so much.

Understandable on the bellows. As for Classics Megatron, I regret getting rid of him once I got the Henkei version. He was fun to keep at my desk and fidget with. The more I transformed him, the more I enjoyed doing it. I don't know if this is enough justification but isn't Classics Megatron the one depicted in the comic for Botcon 08? Don't know if you separate your club stuff from the other Classics at all. Just trying to keep you from getting rid of a figure I regretted getting rid of, haha.

As far as the deluxe mold goes, I'm hoping someone can do something for it. It's ok as it is but it could stand to be better. Battle Tanker does throw down the gauntlet so to speak. Proper hands, possibly an arm replacement even. Leg or feet extensions akin to Battle Tanker. Maybe even a G2 comic crazy faced head.
