I like what you did with this guy! I'd like to do the same but doing what you did with his head...that will be hard for me!
I'm guessing that G1 sideswipe head could fit this classics HR. well I hope so 'cause I have no idea how to cast parts.

That is so good. The lighting in you pictures also shows it off well. I particularly like the foot detail, it runs with the original style but improves the look of functionality.
