It's not whether you win or lose, but how you play the game.

But yeah, that's why I don't gamble. The RNG is rarely on my side.

But I had an absolutely blast playing telephone robots with my bro and that was the main point of this game. The dice were used to keep us in check or help guide the fight.

I'd roll the dice then decide what I was going to do, hit or miss.

I've been imagining that my whole life!!! I do recall a couple of giant mech games built on the same principles as D&D if not published by TSR.

To those interested in giving it a go, Cary and I are gonna tweak a few rules, and try to figure out where in the forums this game can live. Stay tuned! ;)^

I made a game system up years ago using 1/144 scale gundam kits with an armoured core esque custom option. Sadly that rule set went up in smoke when the pc broke :lol:

Though I have run a few mech rpgs in my time

Here's a sweet shot that was a collaboration between some friends and I.
Having a real photographer with a real camera comes in real handy!

Grazie, y'all!
The background is an image of a spaceship corridor displayed on my computer monitor.
Light source is those two LED wands, plus 2 LED pucks. One set to red, the other to blue.
The smoke is real. (you asked somewhere else, and I've lost track where. :lol:

)
And the Camera is a Nikon SLR with a 35 mm lens.
Edited in Photoshop for extra PIZAZ!
