My latest upgrade purchase is for Siege Arcee, from 3D DIY. With this kit, you have to remove the pin on the back to remove basically the front end of her car mode. That wasn’t too hard, just take your time with it.
With this kit, I love the new look of what would be the front part of her car and how that sits on her back, rather then the original piece. Nicely condensed down for sure. The larger weapon is nice and the leg caps, make it look so much better when viewed from the back. They are not perfect in regards to matching the “white” color but still doesn’t look too bad. They fit on pretty nicely, alittle gap on one side but for myself, I’m happy with it.

I am hoping they do a kit like this for Elita-1.

Overall, a decent kit and I do recommend it if your wanting to give Arcee, a better look or to fill in the back of her legs.

Highlighting some other things I have in the collection while I wait for my final display case. Unfortunately, due to its demand, I have to wait until mid May or so before it gets here.

I have successfully downsized to one small tote, which happens to be more of my odd Transformers. Ones that are part of a line that I didn’t not collect or waiting to to see where they might be put.

I did rearrange the closet a bit.. Moving one shelf higher and adding in some smaller ones on the side. Once I get a light mounted inside the closet I will share some photos.

In the meantime, here is my Fansproject trio. Always thought they where cool looking. Decided to open up my chess set and set it up on my desk. I think i bought this when i was stationed in Germany in one of our on base stores but it’s designed after characters from the 07 movie.

Something else I hadn’t open up or use, is my Transformers Risk and Monopoly games (not pictured).

A small addition to my G2 Cyber Jets. I just added Skyjack (black jet, left side). All i need is Jetfire and I am good here.

Not pictured but some good news. Patience paid off and I was able to find missiles for Armada Cyclonus and the minicon Refute for Armada Hoist.

Here is a random group that i dug out. The two scooters (Vespa) I actually bought while on a trip in Rome, just something neat and different.
The two Bumblebee remakes, I bought several years ago on Ebay. They even came with a custom card back to match.
Then of course you have the KO Inferno and Blitzwing.
Finally the 3 WSTs i have. Again something random I bought at one time.

Thanks to a friend of mine in KC (3 1/2 hrs from Springfield), he hooked me up with Huffer, Airazor, and Rattrap.

Sadly, in my area I haven’t seen any of these. Oddly enough it seems to be the case of how things are distributed or at least in small quantities. It is very hit and miss on what Ive seen and sucks when you don’t get to see new arrivals on the shelf. I’m sure at some point they hit the shelf but in small numbers and bought up real quick.
So I am very fortunate to have a friend in another area that seems to see more of the new releases.

Been working on the closet in my Transformers room. It is almost set. Of course until my 5th case arrives, my Titans are hanging out in there. I added the floating shelf today. Have assorted comics (UK/US) on the wall. As your looking at the closet on the right side i have my parts storage for weapons and such. Left side, I have got one shelf to display some. The lower shelf has my binders with collecting cards and instructions for selected lines. Overall, not bad especially if i leave the doors open.

Nice!

A long overdue addition to my G2 European line. From 1995 you had the Powermasters, only 4, Bulletbike, Ironhide, Staxx, and Meanstreak. Of course depending on the country some had other names.

Today I received the last one i was needed, Ironhide, from Australia. Pretty good condition, other than the figure himself was removed but the weapons are still sealed.

The only one out of the 4 that is truly sealed is Staxx or Tuono since i have the Italian version.
Meanstreak is technically sealed, never been removed just the glue around the plastic has gone away. Bulletbike, is a little bit of a hot mess, package wise but I’ve sealed it back up.

Truly happy that I have finally completed this small group.

One more addition in my G2 line. That would be the “red” variant of Slag. Overall, cannot complain of the condition. I had already had a blaster for him and have stickers coming to complete that. Just need to find swords for him and the “green” version. In addition, need to find the plastic covers for the rear legs but otherwise he is good.

Been doing a little rearranging in my one case. The second display case i have, has European/Japanese Transformers, G2, RID, Armada. I originally had on the 3rd shelf, select Beast Wars/Machines and Machine Wars. I took those out and split my G2 collection between the 2nd and 3rd shelf. Given the US G2 line ran from 93 to 95, it enables me to spread them out over those years on one shelf between the Autobots and Decepticons. Looks so much better and spaced out. My Machine Wars will most likely end up on a floating shelf near by.

Slight update on my 5th and final case, should arrive at the warehouse on the 17th. Not too much longer!

Update on the Energon Storage Room. My last display case will be delivered on Tuesday. In this final case i have made a few changes but if everything goes right this is the shelf breakdown.

In the meantime made something that I could display all the Headmasters from the TR line (see photo). Didn’t turn out too bad.

Going back to the title “Collection is altogether now”, will finally be true once this last case is in place.

An update on the last case. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged which wasn’t a pleasant sight to see. The piece that was damaged happened to be the back glass sheet of the case. I now have to wait until July for another one to arrive. It would seem this particular case is very popular.
In the meantime, I have been trying to complete or add to a couple of the older series. My latest additions, from the Armada line i just recently bought Red Alert, Scavenger, and Hot Shot. Cybertron line I bought Dirt Boss and finally from G2 line Go-Bots Gearhead and Ironhide.

For the Armada line, the main effort is to acquire all the main characters from the cartoon. At this point, I just need Thrust. I have a couple of minicons missing from the main characters but I will eventually find them.
I guess at a later time, i will go after the minicon sets that formed the main weapons from the cartoon.
The G2 line is just something i am picking away at. I have a few there that I am wanting or looking for accessories to complete them. Recently purchased but not received yet is a sword for one of my G2 Slag’s and gun and missiles for G2 Sideswipe.

A lesson well learned about collecting. Several of the older Transformers i bought where not complete and I figured “hey” i can find their weapons later. As time has gone on, those weapons have become more expensive (depending on the bot or con) or even harder to find. So that is what I have been doing for a select few. While it may only be a couple or so, still hard to find. It will be nice to get back to a convention, where you might be able to find those items through venders etc.

Until such the time, the hunt goes on and I am ok with that!

For the main characters from the Armada cartoon, I have now completed with the latest addition of Thrust. Of course, I still have some minicons to get my hands on but for the main cast so to speak I have them all. The Thrust i was able to buy came all the way from Alaska and still sealed in the package. The blister part of course is squished but still neat seeing this in a sealed form as if it was in the store in the early 2000s. Still has the KB toys price tag on it.
Now the question is, do i open the package? We’ll see, I haven’t completely made up my mind on it.

Not pictured but some other finds, found another Slag sword for my other G2 Slag, so now both of them are complete. From the Cybertron line, I finally found the cyber key for Menasor. Again, it goes back to when you are looking to buy a Transformer, do the research, and try to buy them complete. I didn’t pay attention when I originally bought him. I still need to find his minicon. People in hell will get ice water before i find him.
Finally, patience won, and I was able to find Leader-1, Armada Megatron’s minicon, now he is complete.

You can get lucky but it takes time finding those accessories etc.

Hope everyone is doing well in your neck of the woods.

Good news, out of the blue I got notified about my display case being delivered. This time, 2nd attempt, case #5 arrived with no broken glass or any other damage.

I am happy to say, 99% of my collection is now on, in or around a case. Not to repeat so to speak how my collection is broken down but at a later time, I will post closer photos of each shelf within the cases.

The pictures I’ve included today, show what it looks like once you open the door to my room and the 5th case.

The 5th case includes, on top: Titans and Commander class; 1st shelf- Titans Return line; 2nd shelf- Siege/NF/ER/Kingdom; 3rd shelf- Masterpiece; 4th shelf- random line up (3rd party, KO, etc.); bottom shelf- Loyal Subjects.

In addition, I bought a floating shelf to put my Machine Wars on, so you can see that one.

It is always nice to find a new or latest release in the store. In this case, I was lucky enough to find Kingdom BW Rhinox at my local Walmart. Totally surprised as that Walmart usually doesn’t have much on the shelf. I like him and a great addition to the BW gang.

I just bought a house and moved into it a couple weeks ago. The Den is entirely in totes right now, and will be packed for a while until we get the basement finished to set it up again. It's going to be a while, but hopefully worth it!

Congrats on the house, wish you the best on the move in. I know how that is with having a collection in totes for sure. Make that area right and in the end it will pay off once you get the collection back up and displayed. I know with my room, it felt like forever, but alittle patience and “wham”, i still can’t believe it when i open the door.

When you do get it finished, looking forward to seeing it all displayed again!

In regards to Christmas ornaments, I picked up the latest release from a local Hallmark store, Shockwave. He just might be my favorite now. Nice colors and he looks amazing.

Been a hot minute since i posted something. I do have some additions to the collection but for now wanted to briefly show the leg extension upgrade for Kingdom Scorponok. If you are wanting him to have a better stance or height as the other deluxes, then i would buy these. The two photos attached are before and after alongside Blackarachnia. Very easy to install of course.

My opinion, if you are wanting to display Scorponok in Scorpion mode, leave them off. You can display him with them in place but to me, looks a tad off. For poses, it does limit you somewhat on what you can do in robot mode with the legs.

Otherwise, not a bad way to give your Scorponok some well needed height!
