So I have been working on these waaaaay before Combiner Wars was a thing... Or a rumor... I originally was going to add them to my ROTF Superion, but with the first version a complete failure, and these took several more months to get right (took at least 2 months and several changes.)

I give you my next draft of the hands. These have about 5-6 more tweaks, but are about ready...








Hoping to have my final draft to the printers this week. Which should mean mid April launch... If they go well...

I got my next test round of these hands on in Monday. Already liking what I am seeing for the most part. Hoping to have these released by Saturday for printing.

Few quirks -
- Thumbs need to be re-worked entirely. Id like to see them with their own joint like the other 4 fingers. They are better, but still limited.
- Sprues... Good god 34 parts is a pain to cut, and clean! But its worth it and can be fun. They are 2mm, and require at least 2 connections. I want to see if I can possibly have the connecting points reduced to 1.5mm as this should be easier to cut and clean than the 2...

Most of my fixes from the last round resolved a lot of the issues I was having. These hands even came a lot cleaner than the previous round so not sure if they were having a bad day in the polisher or if maybe the added space helped.

Looking nice! You should consider making some adapters that let CW figures hold them as "Hulk Hands".

Thanks for the idea! These should plug right into a CW Combined Mode (5mm port not shown in the recent pictures). Or are you referring to making them work on each individual deluxe/voyager figure?

Yeah, I'm thinking of the individual figures being able to hold them.

Ooh interesting idea... In theory I could add another port that is an L shape that plugs into the hands. Right now it is a separate piece that is a straight 5mm plug.

MakeToys Nemesis does something similar when placing him into his "Ultra Mode."

Ok I think this is ready for printing in regards to others trying it out. I need to do a proper tutorial on how to assemble it, but for the most part its pretty straight forward.

- Clip the sprued sections
- Paint (I spray painted mine before clipping them into separate pieces... Made it much easier.)
- Clip and clean remaining sprues
- Assemble
- Place first finger joints into ball socket of knuckle
- Drop glue into holes in the knuckle. (I did two more in the main palm.)
- Hold in place for length of time glue takes to set.. (Mine takes 30 seconds)
- Let dry and make sure ball sockets did not get glue in there... (You can spray paint this again after doing this also... Sockets will get tighter which is also a plus...)
- Finally assemble and join fingers into chains...
- Thumbs need to make sure you place correct side (They ARE Different...)

Remaining pieces should be pretty obvious...

Definitely enough steps to require a video or at least pictures depicting what to do...

AS you can see the 5mm port I added does not work to well for the sword.. However if you spray paint and tighten the finger joints with a number of solutions the sword can be held by the fingers alone.

If you do a set of feet let us know! I don't need them to turn into guns like the perfect effect stuff, I just want better looking/fuller feet.

Yup working on a pair, its going to probably be another month or so before its ready. Attempting to reduce cost on them to about the same as these hands, however because they are "bigger" its not working out as well as I would like.

So hopefully with the feet the "coolness" and factor of them being more pose-able and not limited release... Will help...
