Could the Combiner Wars collector cards be a puzzle/jigsaw? I don't have many combiner wars toys and only wave 1 is out here where I am in Australia but all the cards from wave 1 seem to be set on the same battlefield.
Could they connect?

Probably not. Most of the art is directly lifted from the card-based Transformers: Legends game, whiles others are done in the same style.
