Victorion looks alright, I will wait patiently until better pics come out, but will get her depending on price and availability

As for the designs, I mean no one really freaked out when the dotm nascar guys were fat redneck types; and while it's true that many women have figures like arcee and blackarachnia, it's true just as many don't. The only problem I have with this is that this was to be a momentous 'thing', this whole fan-made combiner, hasbro could've done more remolding and didn't, and that is sad; but I'm very apathetic, I don't care, because => COMBINERS RULE

Pyra Magna has a new head, chest and forearms as she has open hands instead of closed hands.
Jumpstream has a new head, chest and forearms with open hands.
Dustup has a new head, chest and open hands.
Stormclash and Skyburst have new forearms and they each have new heads. They also have asymmetrical color schemes that are mirror images of each other. Or they do for now, who knows what will happen later.
Victorion herself has a new head, posable hands and feet with ankle tilts. Then there's also the combinable weapons.

There's quite a bit more to this set than people are giving credit for. Could they have done a bit more like a new head for Rust Dust, new hips and thighs for all of them and new chest/s for Stormclash and/or Skyburst? Sure however they added quite a bit as it is. If they keep this color layout, then they're going to have to have a decent amount of paint on them as well.

I want to buy that TFC designed Star Rescue combiner now and get two helicopters for it so it can be Victorion in "G1" colors and Victorion proper can be the "G2" version.

Do we have a release date for this set?

Just putting this out there, but are the variances in real women's appearances pretty much the same as the variances in real men's appearances? Well said, all different shades, shapes and sizes!

I knew the fembots were going to be a major let down but i didnt expect them to be this big of a let down, hasbro you had something great and as usual you done **** it up.

I don't understand why people are getting upset outside of the paint which is obviously due to the hand painted prototypes which always look worse then the finished products.

I usually hate coming into the forums during Botcon and SDCC. It saddens me that there's so much negativity on here about toy robots. I sometimes question if I'm even in the right fandom. We're getting something that hasn't been done before and I like it when Hasbro does something different.

I do to, usually; I wish there was more 'different', like new characters, or obscure micromaster character updates, or something in lieu of the '84 teams

I like the idea, but the execution? Nah. What the ****'s the point of having a female combiner team when they're just repaints of male characters? That bothered me from the start. And now the fact that they're all the same colors, and have the same exact mold for two different characters just doesn't do it for me. I hope they make another female combiner team just so they have the chance to get it... well, better than this. I'm not pissed, just wondering what made them think this was the way to go about it.

Well we knew they were repaints, not sure what everyone was expecting; the design of the legs' transformation made it nigh on impossible to do much augmenting to. And since all of them lay on their chests, some even flip up into cramped areas with the head too, there was much room to change their chests, that the car-bots have different chests is nice. Hotspot wouldn't have any ground clearance if they gave her a new chest, and messing with the thighs might have inhibited the combined mode/vehicle, so...

I guess I'm wondering what exactly were you or anybody actually expecting?
