I don't mind the Energon style combiners either. The use of fewer unique molds allows for more symmetry in combination options. If painted well, I don't mind duplicate figures in a set. RotF Bruticus Maximus has great little decos to differentiate the Combaticons and reflect the character like Swindle's $.

I agree, or at least release an Encore Menasor like Bruticus.

This reminds me to get RotF Deluxe Dead End sometime.

I want five different and updated molds of the Stunticons. I so wish that ROTF Breakdown wasn't a Scout Class, but he's on my must have list, and I had to have the Deluxe Class Dead End, just wish they painted him Burgandy with black stripes, like he is in his robot mode. In his Alt Mode, he reminds me of K.I.T.T.
Although, I have an interesting question. Why was Hot Rod/Rodimus repainted into Wildrider? That makes no sense.
Blastoff is not a helicopter in the set, he is a tank. The helicopters are Swindle and Vortex, and the tanks are Brawl, and Blastoff. That's how they are painted, and I am pretty sure that is what the back of the package said. Even if it did misname them, the color choices are quite obvious for each. Blastoff=tank in this incarnation.
Why not repaint Rodimus as Wildrider? It actually does not look bad. Better than not having one. Why paint Mirage as Drastrip. He is not a six wheel indy racer.
It's all about pumping out characters to make money from things that already exist.

They say that the Nazis experimented with spacecraft technology.
Dun-dun-duuuuuunnnnn!
I went and looked at the said episode in the Matrix set, and it seems that it wasn't a spaceshuttle before Starscream put in the energon-cube mind.
Those dastardly tricky Nazis!
...
I for one would like to see an updated Stunticon combiner set. I vaguely remember footage of them just driving around and randomly taking off to wreck stuff. Randomly. Taking. Off. No ramps, maybe bumps on the road, but these guys were making good air. They were like robot equivalents to Jackass, just going around and running into things.
Now I want Stunticons.
NOW you want them? Hell, when the Botcon website first got the background for the Shattered Glass 08 set and we clearly saw the Prime and Jazz molds, I immediately posted somewhere on here about Classics Stunticons and was delirious with joy for days. Then it turned out I was mistaken, but I still wants Classic Stunticons.
So, uh, Welcome to the Wanting Classics Stunticons Club, I guess!

Re: Completing Classic Stunticons
Personally, I'd like RID Ultra Magnus repainted as Motormaster.
RID Sideburn as Dead End
G1 Sideswipe as Breakdown
Robotmasters Mirage as Dragstrip
Cybertron Clocker as Wildrider.
That's just what I'd like since I like cars to be basics so they fit with the Diaclone guys. But that's just me.
Of course, I'd also like the Protectobots. Maybe War Within style
Mudflap as Hotspot
Cybertron Ransack as Groove
Clocker as Streetwise
Energon Storm Cloud as Blades
First Aid has me stumped. Maybe Wreckage could pass for a Cybertronian ambulance.

I'd like an Energon style Menasor too. Though preferably with 4 individual basic molds for the cars.
