I guess Im speaking of both Team and solo Deathmatch even though Team Deathmatch is more popular there are some who like regular solo Deathmatch as well. But I think its all agreed that Conquest and Team Deathmatch are the 2 most popular games of the 6 games total in WFC Multiplayer room.
I was wondering what you prefer more. I was always more of a Conquest player at first only because you can score the most points in Conquest which meant leveling up quicker but I really now have learned the stratgey it takes to win. I like there being a Macguffin involved in a game. Where we all striving to do something or have some sort of a goal is what I like a game to be about. Thats also why I kinda prefer Conquest.
Team Deathmatch on the other hand was different for me. I was always a bit scared to play cuz I knew I would get killed left and right. I started out playing as Scientist a LOT but still , as we all know, could not evade getting killed every 5 seconds. I do a much better job with Scientist now but back then it was hard. Plus now that I have really gained full knowlege of the game and all its classes, characters, weapons and abilites and have pretty much become a pro/guru (Ive been playing since the day it came out) I have no fears anymore of Team Deathmatch. Infact the first few times I started playing I would even win and get the most kills.
So whats your favorite? What do you like or not like about them. Do you like some of the others like Countdown or Power Struggle? What are your favorite kinds of matches?

Conquest. Games last longer, so I can dish out the 7-Kill Streak effects.. and the points you get are ridiculous. Hella fun if you have two competitive teams.

When WFC was still thriving with a ton of people online, I always played Countdown to Extinction. I always tried to carry the bomb with my little Scout. I even held off an entire team by myself once and managed to get the score.

Nowadays I just play Team Deathmatch since it's quicker. Usually a Soldier just to whirlwind those pesky Leaders and their IWIN buttons.

It depends on what you're playing for.

Me personally if I need to level up my bots I'd go conquest simply because you get rack decent xp every time.

But now I'm fully leveled up to the max.
So for fun I go deathmatch to show my skills off.
(im ranked 140 :])
Lately though I've been escalating a lot so i dont know id fair now in a deathmatch.
We'll see.

Well unless there is a way to play with 3,000 people all at once in the same game I don't see what difference it makes. A couple hundred is all you need when its no more than 10 to a game.

I always start off with team deathmatch and if i cant get connected or thrown into a game(i dont have the map packs) then i head to conquest
Or vice-versa
